Do have questions regarding the loan and roof ballot that was recently mailed? Management will be on-site with the Board, Roofer and Loan Officer to answer any questions you may have about the roofs and the loan. The meeting will be held on September 28, 2019 at 9:00am.

By now you should have received a form from Nordic to complete and turn in to receive your parking permit for the community. Please be reminded that all vehicles must have a parking permit. If your vehicle does not have one and it parked in a spot other than your assigned carport your vehicle will be cited and towed.

As a reminder, please pick up after your pets when you walk them through the community.

If you have a bulk item that needs to be picked up, please contact management to schedule for you. You will be informed when the item can be placed outside for pick-up.

Please keep all debris and trash clear of your entry way. Please do not store any items on your porch area.

If you see an item in need of maintenance, please email your manager or contact community care to open a work order.
