As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash while in common areas throughout the community. Residents are also responsible for picking up after their pet. There is not a vendor that comes around to clean up after pets. It is very important that each pet owner make sure they are cleaning up after their pet and keeping their pet on a leash at all times. If you are not cleaning up after your pet or keeping them on a leash, you will be notified of said violation and the second infraction you will be called to a hearing and fined.

The pool currently remains closed due to COVID-19. Counties have begun opening pools under certain guidelines and restrictions. If these guidelines and restrictions cannot be met, pools cannot reopen. After reviewing the guidelines and restrictions and discussing with the Associations Attorney it was determined due to the expenses that come with the restrictions, we will not be able to open the pool up at this time.
