As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash while in common areas throughout the community. Also, owners shall be picking up after their pet. There is not someone who comes around to clean up animal feces. It is important that each pet owner make sure they are cleaning up after their pet. If you are not cleaning up after you pet or keeping them on a leash, you will be notified of the said violation and the second infraction you will be called to a hearing and possibly fined.
By now, you should have received a ballot and the loan and assessment letter from management in regards to the loan needed for the replacement of the roofs in the community. I hope all owners have read the letter that was enclosed which discussed the purpose of the loan and the proposed special assessment. It is very important that each owner fill out and submit the ballot for the loan and special assessment. The association must reach an owner quorum of 2/3 in order to open up the ballots to see if the loan has been approved or not as well as the special assessment. Both of these items must be approved in order for the association to proceed with the roof repair project. We need at least 32 ballots submitted in order for the association to be able to open these ballots. As of now we currently have 21 ballots submitted. If you have not done so already, please complete the ballot and turn it in to management as soon as possible. We are trying to review these at our next meeting on November 20, 2019.
I have attached the loan and assessment letter for your
reference. If you are in need of a ballot because you misplaced the one that
was mailed, please call management so we can get you a new one as soon as
possible.
Should you have any questions, please contact management at 800-400-2284.
The meeting scheduled for October 9, 2019 has been cancelled due to lack of quorum. The meeting has not been rescheduled. Once a date is determined the membership will be notified.
