Adjourned Annual Meeting 11/16/2022

The adjourned Annual Meeting is November 16, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. via Zoom Video Communication.

The Quarterly Board meeting will take place beforehand and the same meeting details will apply.

We welcome all homeowners to attend and would like to remind you that as the original meeting date was adjourned, the quorum was lowered to 25%, meaning we only need a total of twelve (12) owner to submit a ballot or a Three Year Proxy. If you need a replacement ballot, please contact me at efernandez@actionlife.com. If you need a 3-Year Proxy, you may download by navigating over to the Board Meeting Details widget to the right.

Rule Reminders

Dear Members,

We would like to remind all members of the following rules/guidelines to keep the community looking pristine and enjoyable:

Parking:

·       There are currently 6 visitor/guest parking spaces within the community. At no time should owners/tenants be parking in these areas. If your vehicle has been seen and/or documented parking in the visitor/guest spaces you will be subject to tow at your expense and may receive a fine by the Association. If you own more than 2 vehicles, the other vehicles must be parked on the street or you may purchase a parking permit at the annual parking lottery. Please note there are limited number of permitted spaces.

Pets:

·       If you are walking with your pet in the common area you are required to have the pet on a leash or in a carrier. At no time should your pet be walking around the community freely.

·       You are required to clean up any excrement or other unsanitary condition cause by said pet in the common area.

Trash Enclosures:

·       Boxes must be broken down prior to throwing into the trash enclosures to ensure room for all members trash.

·       Trash is for personal trash items and is not meant for work related trash items.

·       For bulk item pick up please contact Emmeline Fernandez at efernandez@actionlife.com. Please include what type of item is being discarded and where the item will be located for pick up. If this item is glass please place tape in the form of an “X” for disposal.

Cigarettes:

·       If you are smoking, all cigarette/cigars must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Any butts found in the common are may result in fines by the Association.

Mailboxes Vandalized

As you may already be aware, the mailboxes were broken into at Stratford Village. A police report has been made. The Post Office has been notified and will be holding all owners mail until the locks are replaced. This could take up to a week.
