Hello All,

Ken with All Year Construction will be on-site today through Friday completing maintenance work in the common areas and the walkways near units.

He will be using a grinder in certain areas so there will be a level of noise during this time.

Please note this work was scheduled with short notice as the vendor took advantage of the break in the rain. This work will be completed this week, if for some reason we have work spill over into next week, I will let you know.

Attached is a flyer provided by Antis Roofing informing the Community of the upcoming work to be performed for roof cleaning and maintenance on 1/3/23, weather permitting. The estimated completion time is 3 days for maintenance and 2 days for cleaning, again, weather permitting. This work is being performed throughout the Community. A second flyer will be posted by Antis at least one day before starting work on a building. Kindly note, it is not necessary for you to be home at the time of the cleaning.
