The mailboxes have been repaired.

USPS confirmed this morning mail has returned to being distributed as scheduled, thank you for your patience.

The Community Landscaper and the Arborist representative have completed the Tree Trimming throughout the Community. The only item left to remove is a stump in the visitor parking area closest to the clubhouse.

Kindly note, Community Manager, Jennifer Sheehan will be back from Maternity Leave on 03/28/2023.

Please be advised of the below Urgent Community Updates –

Mailboxes: It was brought to our attention this morning that the cluster mailboxes in the Community were vandalized. The post office has stopped all mail delivery for safety and advised Management of the location where mail may be picked up in the interim. You will need your identification card to retrieve your mail.

We are in the process of locating a vendor to assist in evaluating the damage and completing the repairs.

Tree Trimming/Tree Removal: Precision Landscape will be on-site today through Tuesday at the latest, completing tree trimming and tree removals. They are working throughout the Community.

Stratford Village Residents:

Management is aware of the hole caused by the main water break. The area remains taped off until the plumber is able to backfill the area. Due to the weather, this work was delayed. We have received confirmation the area is now dry and can be filled. Vortex Plumbing has been dispatched.

On Saturday 03/11/23, an overly saturated tree uprooted and fell on a visitor vehicle. The Community Landscaper, Precision Landscape, was able to complete a RUSH removal the same day, and the greenery was removed. The owner whose visitor vehicle was affected by this has informed Management the vehicle is pending removal.

Precision Landscape will be on-site tomorrow (03/14/2023), accessing all trees to identify those that may have also been overly saturated by the recent water break and weather. These trees will be removed/trimmed depending on the severity of their state. When this work is scheduled, a notification will be sent to the Membership.
