Hello All,

Ken with All Year Construction will be on-site today through Friday completing maintenance work in the common areas and the walkways near units.

He will be using a grinder in certain areas so there will be a level of noise during this time.

Please note this work was scheduled with short notice as the vendor took advantage of the break in the rain. This work will be completed this week, if for some reason we have work spill over into next week, I will let you know.
