Please help keep the trash  enclosures clean and free of bulk items and trash on the ground. There are a few trash containers throughout the community. If you notice one becoming full do not overfill it, go to the next dumpster that is not as full to prevent overage.

Did you know that any trash thrown on the ground is not picked up by waste management it is left. Help keep the community clean by making sure your trash makes it in the dumpster and not on the ground.

If you have a bulk item  that needs to be picked up please contact 909-395-2050 to schedule a bulk pickup item. Please note that each unit get 2 free bulk item pick ups per year.

People now use 127 percent more water than we did in 1950.

In order to keep from having assessments go up every year due to extra costs for things that can be prevented check your faucets and toilets for leaks. If you have a hose make sure you are not over watering and causing run-off.

If utility bills are increased each year this impacts the associations budget and determining the monthly assessments each year. Please do your part as a homeowner and help by using less water when applicable.
